She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Lou Flamino Melder. She is survived by: her father Robert F. Melder, Sr.; her husband Steve Penny; her siblings, Robert Melder, Jr. (Faunda) of New Castle, Trevor Melder of West Monroe, LA, Lisa Barge (Jim) of New Castle and Jaime Moran (Rick) of Linesville, PA; her niece Andrea Wagner (Dennis); her nephews, Matthew Barge, Maxwell Melder and Grant Melder; and her great-nephew Leyton Wagner.
Anyone attending the Mass on Friday will be required to adhere to CDC guidelines regarding the wearing of face masks and practicing social distancing.
