He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Troy Phillips, Jr. and Virginia Lee (Fleming); and his brothers, Michael Phillips and John Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Karen Williams; his children, Andrea Goettman of Pittsburgh, PA, Matthew Phillips (Cari Ludwig) of McCandless Twp, PA, Laura Triplett (Evan) of McCandless Twp, PA and Christopher Phillips of Allison Park, PA; and his grandchildren, Leah, Jack, Michael Goettman, Holden DeGroot and Atticus Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Western PA Wounded Warriors Association or the ASPCA.
