He was predeceased by: his parents, William Regan, Sr. and Pearl Smock Regan; his wife Patricia Butera; his daughter Velma Nocera; and his sister Donna Jean Kobalka.
He is survived by: his children, Herbert Regan of New Castle, Patrick Regan of New Castle, Bonnie Wigton (Bruce) of New Castle and Tina Frum of Columbiana, OH; and his siblings, William of New Castle and Betty Kumrow of West Pittsburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
