He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerasim Krisuk and Susan Krisuk; and his wife Carol D. Krisuk. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Schibik (Tom) of Pulaski, PA and Richard Krisuk (Kamila) of Hubbard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
