He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond P. Hawk and Clara M. Frye Hawk; and his brothers, Raymond and Norman Hawk. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Perell; and his children, Donald Hawk, Jr. (Linda) of New Brighton, Robert Hawk (Katt) of Florida, Cheryl Siggelow of New Castle and Diane Romonsky (Andrew) of New Castle. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
