It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darrell Shira of New Wilmington, Pennsylvania, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Wylie H. Shira, Jr. and Viola Dengler Shira. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Shira and Darren Shira; and his siblings, Richard Shira, Donna Loutzenheiser and Ruth Castelucci.
