He was predeceased by: his wife Debra A Shackett (Weil); his parents, Robert C. Shackett and Pauline Shackett (Miskielowicz); his daughters, Amanda K. Shackett and Christina M. Shackett of Astoria, NY; his brother James M. Shackett (Elizabeth) of Lincoln University; his granddaughters, Lilly and Madelynn; and his brother David C. Shackett.
