He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Dechert and Florence Dechert (Keim); and his siblings, Richard Dechert and Judy Etzweiler. He is survived by: his wife Faye; his sons, David R. Dechert, Sr. (Ko) and Frederick M. Dechert (Janet); and his grandchildren, Shawn Ballek (Steve), Christina Dechert, David R. Dechert, Jr. (Jessica), Melissa Dechert and Jessica Kelly. He is also survived by 16 Great Grandchildren; 4 Great Great Grandchildren, 2 Brothers and 1 Sister.
