He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell T. "Blackie" Oswald and Marilyn M. Oswald (Weaver). He is survived by: his wife Christine M. Oswald (Gehringer); his children, Jessica Pitera (Michael) of Gladstone, NJ, Alyssa Metzger (Jacob) of New Tripoli and Michael Oswald (Katlin) of Schnecksville; his siblings, Bonita Oswald-Repp of Swannanoa, NC and David Oswald (Barbara) of Blandon; and his grandchildren, Eli and Theo Metzger. He is also survived by other grandchild on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
