He is survived by: his spouse Beverly E. Kistler (Forster); his parent Verna R. (Wessner); his spouse Leon J. Kistler; his sons, Benjamin J. Kistler and Michael J. Kistler; his granddaughters, Adisan M., Emily E. and Grace M. Kistler; and his brother Edward Kistler of Rapid City, SD.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
