He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Neil. He is survived by: his spouse Dolores Ann Spence (Mordosky); his parent Callista Spence (Connell); his children, Joseph James Spence (Elizabeth DeFranco) of Bethlehem and Cynthia Marie Spence (Steven Geiger) of New Tripoli; and his siblings, Mark Spence of McKees Rocks, Stephen Spence, Rosemary Lynch and Eugene Spence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
