She was predeceased by: her husband LaMar J. Madtes; her parents, William F. Bleiler and Ida B. Bleiler (Weaver); and her brother Frederick W. Bleiler. She is survived by: her daughter Mary K. Adams (Jason) of San Antonio, TX; her stepsons, Jeff Madtes (Rhonda) of Old Forge, NY and Kevin Madtes (Mia) of Schnecksville; her sisters, Barbara A. Bollinger of New Tripoli and Mary Jane Bleiler of Mansfield, TX; her sister-in-law Kathy Bleiler of Phoenixville; and her grandchildren, Lillian, Nathan Adams, Skyler, Ryan, Henry and Harper Madtes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
