He was predeceased by: his father Donald C. Horning; and his sister Sharon Kern. He is survived by: his mother Shirley C. Horning (Grim) of Orefield; his wife Gail A. Horning (Schellhamer); his daughters, Brittany Kohler (Chad) of Oley and Jessica Carl (Kevin) of New Ringgold; his siblings, Larry Horning (Lily) of Texas, Patti Phares (Al) of Orefield and Bonnie Monks (Bill) of New Tripoli; and his granddaughters, Peyton and Brynlee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
