He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwen E., Sr. and Catherine H. Bower (Beauchner); and his brothers, Elwin, Jr. and Dale. He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Audrey) of Breinigsville, Wayne (Chris) of Breinigsville, Neil (Suzanne) of Germansville, Beverly Bower of Dickson City, PA, Karen Bower of Cary, NC and Sandra Epting (David) of Mohrsville, PA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
