With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Basilisa Vega of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Basilisa Vega to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Osvaldo Vega, Sr.; and her parents, Ramon Diaz and Teresa Diaz (Figuera). She is survived by: her children, Rosa Marie Salash (Frank) of Kutztown, Rosaline Etheridge of Florida, Judy Vega of Fort Myers, FL, Regina Strohl of Breinigsville and Osvaldo Vega, Jr. (Lisa) of Gilbertsville; and her sisters, Raminita Figuera of Schnecksville, Irma Diaz of Texas, Margaret Rivera of Puerto Rico and Theresa Rodrigues of New Jersey. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
