She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Betty White, L. Ray and Mary Scott. She is survived by: her parents, Randy R. White and Helen M. White (Scott); her husband Jonathan P. Eberhardt; her daughters, Taylor Kathryn Eberhardt and Danika Mary Eberhardt; her brothers, Jason White (Jayme) and Christopher White (Danielle); her parents-in-law, Ronald E. and JoAnn E. Eberhardt; her brother-in-law Jason Eberhardt (Randee); and her nieces and nephews, Alexandria, Kayla, Ellie, Paige White, Brayden and Nickolas Eberhardt.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics, or to Heal Animal Shelter, Youngwood.
