We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2022, at the age of 85, Ruth L. Crago Kauffman of New Stanton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Reese Crago and Thomas Allan Crago; her sister Janet; and her sons-in-law, Jeff and Peter.
She is survived by: her husband H. Calvin Kauffman; her daughter Rachel Stern (Robert); her grandchildren, Heather Kovacs (John), Brooke Chavara (Cole) and Holly Shipley (Cody Brougher); her daughter Elaine Rhetts; her grandchildren, Peter Rhetts, Jr. (Sara), Jocelyn Remington (Gus), Joe Rhetts and Clarissa Fritch (Kent); her daughter Faith Gilmore; her grandchildren, Hannah Baltz (Adam), Allison Burke (Paul) and Trey Gilmore (Sarah); her son John Kauffman (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Rylan, Landon, Addyson and Bryttnee Kauffman; her daughter Joy McEliece (Brian); her grandchildren, Ty, Shaylla and Brielle McEliece; and her great grandchildren, Hunter, Colton, Juliette, Gabrielle Chavara, Genesis, Adrian Rhetts, Ellie, Maggie Remington, Maddie Rhetts, Mallie, Knox Fritch, Milo, Elliot Baltz and Junia Gilmore. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
