She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Maldonato and Renee Maldonato (Fabri); her husband Matthew Kochasic; her grandparents, Joseph and Peggy Fabri of Beaver Falls; her sister Alexandra Chotiner (William); her nephew Wesley Chotiner; her aunts, Julia DeSantes (Jeff) and Jodi Fleishman (Josh); her cousins, Jessalyn, Alexa, Rachel, Jeffrey, Haylee, Gracie and Sophie Rose; her parents-in-law, Michael and Gayle Kochasic; her grandfather-in-law Janet Graham; and her siblings-in-law, Michael C. Kochasic (Desiree), Maegan Kochasic and Amanda Marin (Justin).
