He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl F. Eisaman and Helen V. Eisaman (Miller); the mother of his children Phyllis A. Eisaman (Leeds); his wife Brenda Eisaman (Betker); his great grandchild Allie Rose Hawes; and his brother Dale L. Eisaman.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin A. Eisaman (Donna), Carol A. Anthony and Jill M. Lender; his grandchildren, Matt Eisaman (Liz), Mike Eisaman, Casey Anthony (Kaydee), Danielle Anthony, Kelsey Lender-Hawes (Jonathan), Jason Lender (Rochelle) and Gracelynn Lender; and his great grandchildren, Lillian, Cooper, Dominic, Carson, Hunter, Willow, Owen, Mariellen (MJ), Ellie, Leona, Jack Russell, Murphy and April.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the New Stanton Assembly of God Church, 117 Assembly of God Lane, New Stanton, PA 15672, in memory of Carl.
