He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael R. Butchock Sr. and Agnes Kozosky Butchock; and his brother Thomas R. "Tommy" Butchock. He is survived by: his cousin Marlene Butchock Sunyak; and also, Paul Sunyak of Lamberton and Mark Sunyak of Lamberton.
