He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Burns and Mary Ellen Burns; and his wife Rose. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Roscoe, Michael, Brian and Dennis Sean. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made in John's name to the First Christian Church of New Salem, 800 New Salem Road, Uniontown, PA 15401.
