She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tomotchko and Anna Bookshar Tomotchko; her husband Carl W. Cales; her daughter Marlene Persichetti; her grandsons, Michael Persichetti and William Connors; and her siblings, Mary Otto, Helen Ricco, Irene Gabriel, Delores Gishnock, Charles, William and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Robey (Lew) of Ft. Myers, FL, Helen Carroll (Jack) of Ft. Myers, FL, Nancy Shelton (Jim) of Lohman, MO, Cynthia Quiring (Kevin) of North Olmsted, OH, Paula Axten of Simpsonville, SC, Holly Ritchey of Uniontown, PA, Renee Mehalik (Matt), Tower Hill, Michele Forcina, James (Debra), Daniel (Belinda) and Kevin (Jodie) of Simpsonville, SC. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren.
