He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Walters and Isabelle Walters (Tolbert). He is survived by: his wife Irene Walters (Revak); his sons, Earl Walters, Jr. and Sean Walters (Corina); his grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Rachel and Daniel; and his brother Donald "Woody" Walters (Ruth). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
