He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. and Leslie K. Frye Sr. (Beck); and his sister Sonya Bergman. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Michael Frye of Ruffs Dale, John L. Frye Jr. of New Salem, Dianne Caudill of Charleroi, Vernon Dale Campbell of Rostraver Township, Roy Paul Frye of Donora, Christopher Allen Frye of Lexington, KY, Suzanne Marie Frye of New Salem and Darlene Olivio of Monessen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
