She was predeceased by: her parent Steve Migyanko. She is survived by: her parent Mary Mindek Migyanko; her children, Sonya Thomas, Marissa Polk and Steven Polk; her siblings, John M. Migyanko, Stephanie M. Migyanko and Barry S. Migyanko; and her grandchildren, Tory Lynch, Jenna Scherrah, Cheyenne Thomas, Jordan Thomas, Kiaura Polk, Adam Thomas and Anthony Thomas.
