With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amber Lynn Helmick (New Salem, Pennsylvania), born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 23, 2019 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Crystal II (Summerville) and Roy Helmick, II of Masontown; her son Johnny Tabacsko; her stepson Arthur Cramer, Jr.; her brother Clinton Helmick of Masontown; her grandparents, Carol, Roy Helmick, Sr. of Point Marion, Judy Crowder of Ohio and Michael Summerville of Florida; her friend Arthur Cramer, Sr.; and her grandmother Nancy Fletcher. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins, and her special little furry friend.
