She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Hill and Mamie Hill of New Ringgold; her husband Kenneth K. Kerschner; her sisters, Myrtle Hill, Louise Diviaio (Hill) and Florence Myers (Hill); and her son Kenneth J. Kerschner.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Matika (Dennis) of Langhorne, Brenda Reber (James) of New Ringgold and Sharon Zitkus (Thomas) of New Ringgold; her daughter-in-law Glenda Kerschner; her grandchildren, Keven Kerschner, Nicole, David Elliot, Sabrina and Daniel Elliot; her close friends, Stephanie, Keith Kerschner, Amanda Matika and Joseph Misnik; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Josalyn, Katie, Karissa, Dawson, Nicholas, Jason, Brandon, MacKenzie, Lily, Joey and Jaelynn.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Rosalie's name be made to Christ Church McKeansburg, 6 South Race Street, New Ringgold, PA 17960.
