He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Mehling and Catherine Mehling (Sipple); his son John Mendoza; and his sister Rose Marie Campion. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sipple (Wenrich); his children, Patricia Campbell, BobbyJo Bumm, BillieJo Sipple, Pamela Kline, Tammy Boussum and Terri Chattin; and his siblings, Margaret Mehling and Henry Mehling (Butch). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:59 AM at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Homes (515 W Market St, Pottsville, PA 17901). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Schlitzer Allen Pugh Funeral Home (515 W Market St, Pottsville, PA 17901). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
