She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel McDermott and Blanche McDermott (MaGuire); her husband Robert M. Rose; and her siblings, Elizabeth Christensen, Mary Hennessey, Helen Edwards, Alice Shirley, James, George, Daniel, Jack, Eugene and Larry McDermott.

She is survived by: her children, Dale Collins, Kevin Collins (Angela) and Barbara Hawkes. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
