It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Harahus (New Ringgold, Pennsylvania), born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Neftody Harahus and Mary Harahus (Comisac); his daughter Elaine Rottet (Harahus); and his siblings, Eva Barniak, Helen Miller, Pauline Lemkevich, Mary Zajack, Anna Soley, Peter, John and Stephen Harahus.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Harahus (Hudy); his children, Julie McHugh (Rick), Mary Arnold (Rusty), Helen Hafer (Joe), Michael Harahus (Patti) and Peter Harahus (Katona Loncar); his son-in-law Gregory Rottet; his sister Irene Rice; and his nephew Michael.
