He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lesisko and Elizabeth Lesisko (Guydish); and his siblings, Eugene, Paul, Lorraine Reinstein and Vera (Maryann Jones).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lesisko (Hadesty); his sons, Thomas (Christine) of New Ringgold, Lee (Jennifer) of Kresgeville and Jon (Michelle) of Hebron, Connecticut; his granddaughters, Noelle Stidham (Jay) and Sarah Hollenbach (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Eli and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
