He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn F. Foster (Rolland) and Edgar Foster. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Foster (Kistler); his daughters, Karen M. Krebs (Christopher) and Kimberly Derstine; his grandchildren, Christina, Natalie, Alexandra Krebs, Eric and Adam Derstine; and his great grandchildren, Victor, Marina, Caroline and Colton.
