He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Overly and Flora Roland Overly; and his brothers, Carl P. Hughes and William E. Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Katie L. Overly of Willow Street and Steven D. (Megan Adams Overly) of Willow Street; his grandsons, Bryce and Bennett; and his sister Twileen Osborne of New Providence.
