She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest "Mike" and Isadore Garvin Bard; her siblings, Ronald Bard and Sandra Glackin; and her nephew Robert "Bob" Bard.

She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Tamara (Jeffrey Calhoun) of New Providence, Marty (Kristy Glackin) of Pequea, Deborah Flahart of Stevens, PA and Christine (Kenneth Meyers) of Sinking Spring, PA.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Pat's honor to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
