He was predeceased by: his parents, Melo Peters and Virginia M. Peters (L'Heureux); and his siblings, Melvin, Danny Peters and Frances Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Donna A. Peters (Duffy); his grandson Rich Barton; his children, Rob Sample (Rochelle), Jeffrey Peters (Maria), Nancy Eyraud (Ted), Melissa Keys (Ronald), Andria Good (Dave) and Loriann Pryma (Jack, Sr.); and his siblings, Ruth Ann Peters, Darlene Peters, Elizabeth Peters, Barry, Clarence, Kevin Lee and Leroy Peters. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
