He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patti L Snider Daye; his parents, Otis Daye and Iola Roop Daye; his children, Billy Tee Daye of Ronks, Crystal L. Carter of Williamsport, Thomas F. Carter of Minneapolis, MN, Michael D. Carter of Parkesburg, Johnny F. Irwin of Lampeter and Janina Kloster of Gettysburg; and his sisters, Lois Johnson of New Providence and Dorothy Bradley of Nottingham. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren.
