He was predeceased by: his father Allen E. Pennell. He is survived by: his mother Margaret L. Pennell (Graver); and his siblings, Brian K. Pennell of New Providence and Brenda Lee (Michael Keim) of Beaver, PA. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 nephews, and a great niece.
