It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W Fogarty (New Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 11, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent John Fogarty; and his wife May. He is survived by: his parent Isabelle Clements Fogarty; his daughter Tamaqua; his grandchild Kathleen Fogarty; and also Isabelle Murray of Pottsville. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; sister.
