She was predeceased by: her parent John Fogarty; and her siblings, James, John, Edward, Noble, Joseph Fogarty, Margaret Reed and Mary Toback.
She is survived by: her parent Isabelle Clements Fogarty; her grandchildren, Ginny (Ron Matlock) and Rose Mary (Francis Zelinsky); and her great grandchildren, Robert Matlock, Gary, Thomas, Scott Zelinsky, Lori Bacon and Sherry Baddick. She is also survived by six great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In memory of Isabelle, the family requests donations may be given to Holy Cross Memorial Fund, New Philadelphia.
