She is survived by: her father Henry Noel; her boyfriend Doug Mitchell; her children, William Cook of Bedford, Jon Cook, Priscilla Cook and Lacey Wiley; her stepdaughter Shawne Mitchell of New Paris; and her brothers, James Noel and Ronald Bowser Jr.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
