She is survived by: her husband Shon Price; her children, James Kenner, II (Sarah Broadwater) and Kara Broadwater (Justin); her stepson Dylan Price; her brothers, Donald Lipscomb of Avilton, MD, Ronald Lipscomb (Tammy) of Avilton, MD, Robert Lipscomb of Avilton, MD, Rodney Lipscomb (Angel) and Frostburg, MD; and her grandchildren, Kobe, Bella Broadwater, Noah and Aubree Kenner.
