She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Cummings and Juanita Cummings (Kennedy); and her sister Debbie Sonnik. She is survived by: her husband Rick Fitzpatrick; her children, Rayna Amato (Dom) of Pittsburgh, Ryanon Fitzpatrick (Shawn) of Pittsburgh, Jessica Brockington (Rob) of New Paris and Jason Fitzpatrick (Michelle) of West Haven, CT; and her siblings, Keith Cummings (Carolyn), David Cummings (Jane) and Patricia Borkowski. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

“So many things I could say, but not enough time or space. She was an amazing person, something this world needs right now. I know she is at peace, surrounded by Angels but it still doesn't stop the hurt and sadness. All the days we would sit on the dock and talk about our dogs. She was an infectious kind of person , that when you met her you knew she was a friend forever. Fly high big Sis until we meet again. I will never forget you and will always Love you.
