He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Sipe and Hazel Sipe (Ringer); and his brother Edward Sipe. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Ann Sipe (Knupp); his sons, Duane Sipe of New Paris and Douglas Sipe (Aleece) of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Riley Mae, Lucas Alan and Alaina Rose Sipe; and his sister Linda Bowman of North Carolina.
