He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Smith (Diehl) of New Paris; his children, Allen D. (Gwendolyn), Susan E. (Rodney Clark) of Bedford, Duane R. (Dorothy) and Brent E. (Joann); his grandchildren, Joseph Smith (Gwendolyn), William Smith (Valerie), Benjamin Smith (Tabatha), Kimberly Webb (Christopher), Clarece Zimmerman (Bentley), Savanna Smith and Emily Clark; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Isaac, Isabella, Graham, Chase, Gabriella, Logan, Audrey, Sadie, Harper and Nolan Webb.
