She was predeceased by: her parents, Veto Schultz and Sarabell Schultz (Anderson); her brothers, Dale Schultz (Avonelle) and Regis Schultz (Alice); her brothers-in-law, Frank Swast and David Weaver; her niece Lisa Swast-Reedy; and her nephew Mark Schultz.
She is survived by: her siblings, Doris Ann Swast, Sharon Weaver-Shuman (Ken) and Jack Schultz (Paulette); her niece LaVonne; and her nephews, Wesley, Ralph, Dave, Nyle, Alan, Scott, Neal and Nathan.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Templeton Zion Wesleyan Methodist Church, 324 S. Clay St. Templeton, PA 16259.
