He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur "Cungy" Catena and Elizabeth Betty Catena (Fagnani); his wife Dorothy Catena (Hocevar); and his brother David Catena (late Karen). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Winegardner (Timothy) of Schellsburg, PA and Toni Monko (Robert) of New Paris, PA; his grandchildren, Lindsay Ickes (Corey), Hannah Shane (Josh) and Matthew Monko; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Garrett, Adalyn Ickes, Myles and Oliver Shane.
