He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Wagner, Sr. and Jane L. Smith (Sponseller). He is survived by: his wife Melissa A. Wagner (Hartlaub); his children, Nicole Wagner of Hanover, Joshua Wagner of Hanover, Willis E. Wagner, Jr. (Heather) of New Oxford, Alyssa Hartlaub of Gettysburg and Brittany Hartlaub of Hanover; and his siblings, Robin J. Wagner of Gardners, Wendy S. Hunt of Seven Valleys and Robert D. Wagner, Jr. of New Oxford. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Feiser Funeral Home (302 Lincoln Way W, New Oxford, PA 17350). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

“Willis was a great friend of mine who I knew from working with him. He was a character and always made us laugh at the Plant. Known for his lovely spirit and the tough guy always able to outwork anyone around. Respected for his work ethic and he surely be missed by myself and everyone he knew.
