William Noel Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2023, at the age of 94, William Noel (New Oxford, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline F. Noel (Rightmire); his parents, Arthur Noel and Regina Noel (Klunk); his sons, Steven E. and Jerry A. Noel; and his siblings, Herbert, Rodney, Joseph, Francis, Robert Noel, Maria Noel, Mary Baker, Lucretia Noel and Kathleen Perry.
He is survived by: his children, William A. Noel of Scottsville, VA, Beverly A. Snyder of Mechanicsburg, Deborah M. A. Piper (Ronald) of Tampa, FL, Sandra M. Noel Angel (Scott) of Hanover, Carolyn S. Myers (David) of Hanover, Donna M. Laughman (Darwin) of East Berlin and Stephanie E. Sentz of New Oxford; and his sister Teresa Bunty of Newton, MS.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
