With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Leonard (New Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kay L. Leonard (Yealey); his parents, Neal E. and Mary A. Leonard, Sr. (Richard); and his siblings, Neal E. Leonard, Jr., Chris Leonard and Betty Keffer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mikki L. Wheeler (Marty) of New Oxford and Jenn L. Conrad (Matt) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Alyshia K. Morrison (Jason) and Luke W. Wheeler; his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Harper and Addison; his siblings, James P. Leonard (Robbin) of McSherrystown and Linda M. Leonard (Paul Engelhardt) of Hanover; and his sister-in-law Diane M. Leonard of McSherrystown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
