He was predeceased by: his parents, William John and Martina Leiberton Sr. (Sloan); and his sisters, Ellen Strouse and Rita Leiberton. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his daughters, Ann Etchberger (Scott) of Hilton Head, SC and Beth Reeder (Dale) of Dillsburg; his granddaughter Caitlin Emig (Jason) of California, MD; and his sisters, Carol Ishman of Reynoldsville and Roberta Kurten of Reynoldsville.
Due to the current pandemic, a Celebration of Life service will be announced at a later date.
